Maple Sugaring in VT

Rain or shine snow or not, you can always count on the old timers of South Central Vermont to pull off a show. This snowless 2012 maple sugaring weekend was no different.  I visited Elm Grove Farm and Sugarbush Farm both in scenic Pomfret Vermont and must admit it was odd seeing the billowing steam rising from the boiling huts without a flake of snow is sight.
